ENROLLMENT POLICIES
There are several mandatory forms that I mush have completed, signed and in my possession BEFORE I can care for your child. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a Licensing requirement.
* Parent/Guardian/Caregiver Contract
* Registration Form
* Immunization Record (you can obtain a copy from a public health nurse at any CRD Clinic or your Doctor which may charge a fee)
* General Field Trip Consent Form
* General/Medical Consent Form
* Registration Fee: $100.00 (Applicable to Full & Part Time Care)
* Monthly Fees: 12 Months Post Dated Cheques
No child will be denied enrollment on the basis of his/her religion or race. I do not make it a policy to deny enrollment on the basis of a child with special needs, however, if after talking with you and I realize that I do not have the appropriate training, equipment, facility, etc. to properly care for your child, I will be unable to accept him or her. This is in the best interest of the child.
Currently I only do pick up/drop off at David Cameron Elementary School.
