HOURS OF OPERATION:
Currently the Centre opens at 7:30 am and closes at 5 pm.
If you are going to be late in the morning please contact me before 8am as we leave at 8:30am to take children to school and it may affect the activities for that day. We usually return by 8:50.
Also, please call if you will be late for pick up as there may be times we have scheduled things for our family that will prompt us to leave right at closing time. The Centre has a late pick up and late fee policy.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for all monthly fees which are due and payable by the 1st of each month prior to care needed, whether your child attends on the agreed days or not.
LATE FEE POLICY
If you arrive after hours to pick up your child, please be aware that there is a late fee. The fee will start at 5:10 pm (on the Centre Clock). There will be a late fee of $5.00 for the first 10 minutes and a dollar per minute (per child) until the parent/guardian arrives.
The person who signed the Parent/Provider Contract form is responsible for paying the late charge fee regardless of who is picking up the child. Please refer to Child Pick Up Policies for further information on the actions the educator will take if a parent or guardian is late.
LATE PICK UP POLICY
The Centre currently closes at 5:00 pm, please call if you are going to be a few minutes late. These are the actions the educator will take if a parent/guardian is late:
- 5:15 = Educator will call home and work numbers
- 5:30 = Educator will call alternative contact numbers
- 6:00 = If parent or alternate contacts are not found, the educator is then required to call the Ministry for Children and Family Services and the RCMP.
