COMMUNICATION

Communication is very important to me.  When I accept a new family in my home business I like to be sure we can openly share any concerns, questions and feedback of any kind.  I publish monthly newsletters that will explain some of the activities we will be doing, special events for that month and any other information that may be of interest.  You are always welcome to call me at any time between 7am and 8pm.  If you call during the day please be aware that I am very busy with the children and may not be able to answer your call.  Please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible.

Changes in your family life can affect your child's behavior such as:

- death or sickness of a loved one
- death or sickness of a pet
- separation or divorce
- a new family member
- a new bed or bedroom
- moving
- discontinued use of a bottle, soother or comfort item
- change in family routine
- vacation or camping trip

These can dramatically affect some children, so I ask to please inform me of any changes in your child life so I can help your child deal with their feelings.  All information is always kept confidential.  If you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to ask, I would be glad to help you find the appropriate support services available.
